Concerly is an online platform that provides information, insights, and media related to concerts, artists, venues, and live music events. The Service may include content sourced from third-party platforms, including YouTube.

The Service uses YouTube API Services to display YouTube videos and related metadata.

Your interaction with YouTube content through the Service is governed solely by YouTube and Google, not by Concerly.

When using features powered by YouTube API Services, your data may be processed by Google in accordance with the Google Privacy Policy, available at:

3. Privacy & Data Processing

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains:

• Use of analytics and monitoring tools

4. Analytics & Monitoring Tools

To operate and improve the Service, Concerly uses the following tools as described in the Privacy Policy:

Aside from these tools and YouTube API Services, Concerly does not currently use other third-party services that process personal data with a significant impact on user privacy.

All third-party content, including YouTube videos, remains the property of its respective owners and is used in accordance with applicable licenses and terms.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or parts of it) at any time without prior notice.

We may also update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including accuracy, reliability, or availability of content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Concerly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Concerly from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law principles.
